As an Apprentice Builder, you will work alongside our senior building team to help shape the world of our server.
This is an entry-level position designed for passionate individuals eager to develop their building skills in a collaborative and creative environment.
Basic to intermediate building skills (e.g., block palette knowledge, symmetry, structure planning)
Familiarity with creative mode or building plugins (WorldEdit, VoxelSniper is a plus)
Good communication and teamwork skills
Willingness to take feedback and learn from more experienced builders
Assist senior builders with ongoing construction projects
Follow design guidelines and contribute ideas when appropriate
Help with terrain shaping, structure detailing, and environment design
Attend scheduled build sessions and provide progress updates
Learn and adapt to the server’s architectural style and tools
Must be at least 16 years old
Able to dedicate a minimum of 4 hours per week
Must have access to Discord for coordination and updates
A strong interest in building and creative design within Minecraft
Receive mentorship from senior builders
Gain experience for future staff roles
Exclusive in-game perks (e.g., creative mode access, special tags, or cosmetics)
