As a Senior Builder, you will take the lead on major server projects, guide junior and apprentice builders, and play a key role in shaping the architectural identity of the server.
This position is for experienced builders ready to inspire others and manage creative initiatives.
Advanced building skills with a strong portfolio of work
Proficiency with WorldEdit, VoxelSniper, or equivalent tools
Project planning and team leadership abilities
Eye for detail, theme consistency, and technical execution
Clear communication and collaborative mindset
Lead and manage large-scale construction projects
Develop master plans, themes, and architectural styles
Supervise and mentor Junior and Apprentice Builders
Approve final designs and ensure quality standards
Collaborate with admins on build-related goals
Provide regular updates and documentation of progress
Minimum age: 16 years
Minimum availability: 8–10 hours per week
Must be highly self-motivated and reliable
Access to Discord and ability to attend planning meetings
Portfolio or references may be required
Leadership status within the build team
Priority input in major server projects and expansions
Access to exclusive builder tools and areas
Public recognition and staff perks
