As a Technical Support / Bug Tester, you’ll play a key role in keeping the server stable and enjoyable.
You'll test features before they go live, identify bugs, help troubleshoot issues, and provide detailed feedback to the development team to ensure smooth gameplay for all players.
Basic knowledge of Minecraft mechanics and plugins
Familiarity with testing procedures and bug reporting formats
Good attention to detail and analytical thinking
Strong written communication for reporting bugs clearly
Ability to stay calm under pressure and solve problems logically
Test new features, plugins, and server updates in a controlled environment
Identify and document bugs, glitches, and performance issues
Work with developers to reproduce and resolve technical problems
Assist staff and players with reporting technical issues
Maintain testing documentation and logs for reference
Must be at least 16 years old
Availability of 4–6 hours per week
Must have Discord for coordination and reporting
Some experience with QA, technical troubleshooting, or Minecraft testing tools is a plus
