5. Purchases, Payments & Refunds

You may purchase digital and physical goods through our site. We currently accept PayPal and may add other payment methods.

Digital Goods: All sales are final. Refunds are only available for failed deliveries caused by technical errors on our side.

Physical Products: Returns accepted within 15 days for defective or incorrect items. Items must be unused and in original packaging. The user is responsible for return shipping. Misuse or damage voids the return policy.

We collect personal data to synchronize with Minecraft and Discord, and improve user experience. Cookies and tracking tools help set language, time zones, and product availability by region. Data may be shared with services like Google Analytics, Stripe, Mailchimp, WordPress, PayPal, and Discord bots.
